She knows the trick of many trades as she works simultaneously with lenders, agents and clients to get them to the closing table. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family and outdoors.
Tori Durham
Closing Coordinator
Tori brings ten years of excellent customer service to our team, and she loves people. She manages pre-closing arrangements and handles post-closing details such as disbursement of funds and recording documents. Her and her husband, Austin, live in Searcy, where they grew up together and have two sweet kids, Mia, and Miles.
Rosa Vaughn
Title Research Specialist
Before joining Dalco in Nov. 2017, Rosa worked as a landman/researcher for 9 years, then held an administrative support position. She has a wide array of knowledge in title, leading to a seamless closing experience for our clients. You will always see her smiling, which is our favorite thing about her! Her two grandbabies, Harlow and Hendrix, are her life.

Probably the sweetest soul you'll meet. Trust us :-) She exceeds expectations when it comes to client satisfaction and her attention to detail is noted by those who interact with her. In her free time, you can find her being "Nana" to her grandbabies.

Wendy wears many hats. She oversees many day to day operations that keep us running smoothly. She's actively involved in her church and serves on the leadership team for New Life Church, Heber Springs. She is known as "Shugie" and "Winnie" to 5 sweet grandbabies!
Stuart Dalrymple - CCIM
Licensed Title Agent/Owner
Lifelong Searcy resident, Stuart graduated from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville. In 1989, he sold his startup, Arkansas Media Enterprises Inc. Stuart has been a Commercial Broker since 1990. Outside of the office he enjoys fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids that know him as "Papa Stu."
